Why are some products not appearing in my collection?

Guys,

this is started to annoy me! i’m adding products to collections, when i check it in the website, some of it appear and others dont!

and one of the collections contain over 50 products only 4 products appear the rest dont show up!!

please anyone can help?!

I just checked what you suggested and all look fine to me. I still dont know why some products are appearing and others dont in different collections.

for example, in one collection I added 50 products but when I check in the website only it shows 26 products, all products in that collection I added them to it. other collection contain also 50+ products only 4 are showing …

Products not showing on your collection page can be caused by several things. It was pointed out by modhu to check the product and make sure that it is set to available on your “online store” sales channel and any other sales channel that you are using.

My advice is to leave the filter portion of the menu blank, unless you have a custom setup and you know what you are doing:

On top of this, also make sure that your products have enough inventory. Products that are out of stock are hidden from your store by default. I hope this helps.

all the filters for menus are blank, I still see some products and others not show in the collection page in the website.

This is John from Spocket! Are you using Spocket for your products? If yes, then please reach out to us at support@spocket.co and we’ll gladly look into your account and help with your concern. We can try to do a resync in your collections from our backend as that usually solves it. If you are not using Spocket for your products, we’d still help you the best we can but it is recommended that you reach out to your product provider to make sure you get the proper assistance you need.
