I am setting up my automations. The welcome email for signing up works perfectly. The abandoned cart and abandoned checkout are not working. I have gone to the site in a private window and gone through the process of adding items to the cart and abandoning and also going all the way to checkout and abandoning. I signed up for an account and have tried logging in and going through the process. I am not receiving emails.
I have checked the workflow run history for the two automations in question and there is no record of the initial trigger being recognized. It just says “No workflow runs found”. Why is Shopify not recognizing the initial trigger?
