I am setting up email automations. The welcome email automation works perfectly. The abandoned cart and abandoned checkout runs are not triggering. I have tried the process signed into my email account on the site. I have loaded the cart and then left the site. I am not getting the email. I have same experience.

My automation run a couple of time then stoppend.

I have so many abandoned cart and checkout that I could recover(of course I don’t have time manually)

I will let you know if I find a solution
