Hi - Total newbie here. I had a website built for me and i have uploaded about 50 products, i then paid for a CSV file built specifically for Shopify containing about 2500 products. i have uploaded them but they are not showing in the store or the new pages i have created - any ideas please

I think I might know what is going on. There are two things to check for. Go to your products section within the menu. Now look at the status and make sure it says active.
If it says draft, this means you will probably want to bulk update all of your items. You can do this by updated that CSV and changing the status to Active from Draft. Then you will upload this to your inventory section.
If all of your items say Active then it could be that you do not have ‘online store’ selected un marketplaces.
It looks like this inside your products section:
Click the three dots and then click manage sales channel. “Online Store” should be selected. This can also be bulk edited through Shopifys bulk editor or updated through the CSV - Locate the column that corresponds to marketplaces or sales channels and make your changes to include ‘Online Store’.
