I am still in the customization part of creating my website (not published). And under customization I have changed colors and texts for banners etc, but when I go to preview my website the changes that I have made don’t appear. I have waited days for it to “sync”, restarted my chrome, cleared cookies and even tried on my laptop (using desktop). But there are still no changes being made. What is weird is that when I click on “customize” the colors/texts chosen from before appear, they just don’t appear when I click on preview website…help please

The Preview screenshot is what I see when I am on my main page (where you see options for themes) and then click on “view your store” on the upper right hand side. The Customize screenshot is when I am on my main page >current theme> customize.
Overall, they don’t match and I’m not sure why.

@SAS23 Can you please capture the full video? I mean, change text/color and save it and open a preview, so I get idea of how exactly you follow the all steps.
