This sounds like it could be an error with how your current shipping rates are set up, it is hard to say for sure without investigation though Can you show me a video example of the error? Can you please share with me a link to your storefront?
When did this problem first begin? Does it coincide with you editing anything on your store? Changing shipping settings, or adding/removing apps perhaps?
