Hi all,
I have found out that after people add product to their cart. Then if they click the cart icon the whole page will be grey out and they can’t click anything afterwards(please find the image below). I have tried so many thing (settings/theme design, etc). Does anyone know the reason of it?

I cannot see this issue when I visit your site. I am using Chrome. If I open the cart, I can click on the left “grey” section (or click the cart close X and the cart closes.

Hi Peter,
Thanks for your help. We have figured out the problem and it is about the customized theme. If we use the top countdown function, this issue will happen. So we will contact the theme creator to see the problem of its coding or setting.
