My store went inactive after trying to make a purchase 3 days before my trail. I did not authorize Shopify to do this. Since I was not able to get back in I created a new store with the hopes of adding my domain www.rebelxsavagecurves.com but per Shopify policy this can not be done. I’ve sent several emails with one person saying they don’t see an issue I sent them the screenshot and still no response. This is really inconvenient for a business owner and having to jump through hoops over something you have no control over is rather irritating. My domain has been renewed as of March. So either the store needs to be reactivated since I can’t do it on my end or just give me my domain access back.

From my understanding, perhaps you have an open email ticket with us and there have been some delays in communication? If so, I highly recommend that you connect with our live Support staff - available 24 hours a day and 7 days a week to support merchants like you.

This is not getting me anywhere. There is a thread on here seond had the same experience and was ad to get help. This is ridiculous you guys don’t care I reported 4 days ago and still no resolution.
Did you click on this link that you sent me that’s not getting me anywhere but back to this forum. I select the store then I select chat with support then the topic abd back to square one again.
