Hello guys, I’m really panicking I can log in to my shopify, but when I try to go to store it says to create new one or I don’t have permission to view this page. I’ve already bought domain and really don’t want to lose it now. Trying to reach support seems impossible, I’ve tried every option in support options, there is no such thing as chat to someone live. I’ve tried links from other discussions, it takes me to same support page. I guess because it thinks I dot have a store yet it doesn’t show me any contact options.. Please save me

- Can you walk me through the steps you’re taking to login?
- Since you mentioned being able to log in, can you also walk me through what you’re clicking once you’re logged in?
- Have you received any emails from Shopify about your account?
The first thing I recommend is to make sure you’re following these steps to log in to your account. If you follow those steps you should be able to access your account. If you try those steps and you still can’t access your account, please check your emails for any emails from Shopify. If there is ever an issue with your account that results in you losing access to it, you should be informed there with more information and any steps to resolve the issue.
