Thank you for reaching out to the Community! I’m happy to provide some assistance with accessing your shop, to ensure this gets resolved. To confirm I’m fully understanding, are you currently using a third-party domain on your Shopify store?
If so, I would recommend reviewing our Connecting A Third-Party Domain documentation to confirm the DNS Records are correctly pointing to Shopify. You will want to ensure those records have the following information:
- Point the A record to the Shopify IP address
23.227.38.65. - If necessary, change the Host name to the
@symbol. - Delete any other A records on the domain if there are any present.
- Point the CNAME record with the name www to
shops.myshopify.com.
After taking a closer look however, I wasn’t able to locate any issues with the domain. If the domain was just recently connected to the shop, please allow for 48 hours to pass. This will ensure the domain has enough time to successfully propagate. If after 48 hours, the error continues please feel free to Contact Support.
