i have an order i didnt received the payment i cant see my payout settings and i dont have access to channel finances like other members!!! ???

The Finances section is only available to stores based in the United States. For merchants and stores based outside of the US, you can find your payouts in another area and this depends on the payment gateway you use.
If you use Shopify Payments, you can find your payouts in your admin settings. You can refer to the guide below to get there.

In your Shopify admin, go to Settings > Payments.

Click View payouts under Shopify Payments.
If you use a third-party gateway, you won’t find your payouts within your admin. Since payments are sent to the gateway after a customer pays for an order, your payouts will be found in your account with the third-party gateway. You may reach out to the gateway’s support team for assistance with your payouts.
