Can you let me know what happens and what you see on the screen in terms of Shopify itself when trying to log in?
Is there a specific error code or message you’re being shown from Shopify when logging in?
If you haven’t already, I’d definitely try clearing the cache on your browser, or try logging in via a private window like Chome’s Incognito mode to see if you’re able to log in that way.
Would you be able to see if you can log in using the Shopify Mobile app to see if we can confirm the root of this issue to be your browser specifically?

There is no error message or any feedback, just stay at the page
I have tried using chomre in private window, I met the same problem
Early time at afternoon, I tried using shopify app on iOS , the login page seems invoke the web page, so I still met the same problem.
Now I am trying again, with my step by step screen capture, wish it will be useful to locate the reason of the problem:
