How can I access Shopify support chat if it just goes in circles like this?

Please follow these steps below to get in touch with the Support chat
- Refer to this link
- Type in a topic in the search bar > Search.
- On the following page, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click Continue.
- Choose a suitable method to reach out to the support team.

After choosing the store, then you need to select the available topics displayed, don’t click on Explore the Shopify Help Center. Please give it a try.
I have the same issues here. They keep on saying click on the topic but all I see are just generic copy & paste answers. You absolutely cannot contact chat support at all because that option is not available.

Choose one of the topics (doesnt metter which, eg. “Starting a new store”)

Scroll down the page and under “Get support” you’ll see “chat with us”
I tried that multiple times, changed browser, clear cache, tried incognito, gets… I still don’t have that chat option (see screenshot).
