The exact same thing is happening to me as we speak. The order #1017 with The Moroccan Door shop was placed on 3/1/25 and no tracking or anything provided. Two responses to my many messages via Shop; now the store has vanished and chat disabled. Shop keep on telling me to reach out to them which I have done more times than I can count. I’m at my wits end. I’ve contacted my bank but that can take 45 days. I still feel
that Shop/ify need to take more responsibility and be more accountable
