Hey..thanks for the reply.. i can understand you just provide a platform. Although i am unable to track this particular store; let alone my order . i have tried everything. I just want to make sure it’s not a fraud company and that i have not lost my money. Since i am unable to connect to them, i amrraching out to you guys

For sure, @Isha611 . The FAQ page mentioned here will outline all of your potential options. Including filing a complaint against a store, and contacting your bank for potential next steps on recovery of funds.

The exact same thing is happening to me as we speak. The order #1017 with The Moroccan Door shop was placed on 3/1/25 and no tracking or anything provided. Two responses to my many messages via Shop; now the store has vanished and chat disabled. Shop keep on telling me to reach out to them which I have done more times than I can count. I’m at my wits end. I’ve contacted my bank but that can take 45 days. I still feel

that Shop/ify need to take more responsibility and be more accountable
