I ordered clothes in shopify. After making payment, I received the tracking link. Once I clicked that link, I am getting " this store is unavailable ".
A customer purchased clothing through a Shopify store and received a tracking link after payment. However, clicking the link now displays a “this store is unavailable” message, preventing order tracking.

I appreciate the context that you have shared with us as that is very helpful! As Shopify is a platform that hosts online businesses, we do not manage or ship the orders ourselves.
In this case, if you are unable to get in touch with the business that you have made the purchase from, my suggestion is to speak to your bank or credit card company. They should have processes aimed to retrieve your funds for the online purchase.
