How can I cancel a test order on my e-commerce site?

I did a test order, followed everything on the video but I cannot cancel the test order. What would happen if it cannot be cancelled? What action can I take or just ignore the since its all false test order info anyways?

You should be able to cancel or archive the order. When you click more actions on the order page, do you get a drop-down menu? If not, can you scroll to the bottom of the order details and click delete order? Please let me know if this works for you!

I can put it on archive but cancel is not in the drop down list. But I can delete the order if that the same.

Yes, you can archive and delete your order. Do you do your own fulfillment, or do you have a system to automatically send your orders to a fulfillment center?
