when I try to buy a product it doesn’t allow. how can I fix this?

I appreciate the screenshot of the error message that you have received as that is very helpful. Just to gather some additional context, which subscription plan is your Shopify store using? In order to navigate to the checkout and make purchases, you will need to be on a Shopify subscription plan to have the checkout enabled.
