So everytime I try to connect my Tiktok, it says “too many attempts, please try again later” even though this is my first time trying. I have reached out to Shopify and they basically said this is a Tiktok issue, and not something they can fix. Anyone else have this issue? I have specific brands wanting to work with me, but I need my Tiktok connected.

To share insight, the app TikTok would be considered to be a third-party app/sales channel. Due to this, you connect with TikTok directly for assistance on the error you’re receiving. They will be able to take a closer look and ensure this gets resolved as quickly as possible.
To connect with TikTok Support, you can head over to their support portal. Alternatively, you can use the Get Support
button within the TikTok app to be directed to their support queue.

Did you ever get this issue resolved? I have been having a similar issue whenever I select connect a blank window just pops up and nothing happens. I reached out to tiktoks support 3-4 days ago and so far no response

No i opened a support ticket with tiktok and never heard back from tiktok mad disappointing. All the apps to sync shopify and tiktok shop products and inventory charge monthly fee’s mostly 15$-30$ also disappointing as hell. I plan on signing up for one of these apps with a free trial until this gets fixed by tiktok. Whats your contingency plan?
Not sure if you ever got this figured out, but I was having the same problem. If you are using safari to try and connect, switch to a different browser. I was able to get mine to work when switching to Chrome. Hope that helps!!

Hey happy new years and thanks for replying. I had tried diff browsers like firefox but no go. I read your reply this morning and just tried chrome and it worked!! So weird.. now my products are going into a waiting to be approved phase . So funny that this worked out today as I have just finished over hauling my site with updated product pics and background info like weights for everything. Anyway thanks for the insight
