I cant contact customer service i’m not sure why or what’s going on here. I need to remove this from my web please i try a few timer in a fee different ways and nothing seems to work also i’m so frustrated with this “customer service” and angry.

You mentioned you had tried a few timers, would this be in the form of adding apps to your store which added or edited your theme code?
If so, you would need to be reaching out to the developers of these apps to get support with removing their creation’s code from your theme.
You can find the contact details for any app in our app store on the app store page for that app, or you can click on ‘Get support’ next to the name of any app still installed in your store’s Apps menu.
