Are you following along with our help doc here on deactivating your account? If you can, please share a screenshot of the message being displayed so that I can check this out further for you. It might be the case that there are still some invoices to be settled on your account.
In the meantime, if you still cannot deactivate the account, you can always access our support portal here at this link to get assistance. May I ask what the reason is for you wanting to close your store? Is there anything that you might need help with or are stuck on?
