I’m trying to deactivate the store. When I enter my password at the final stage, it kicks me back to the previous options of what I’d like to do (Deactivate, go yearly etc.).
I’ve emailed for support but none of the previous email addresses now work and there seems to be no live chat…

Try to access the page using a different supported browser or device
Try accessing the page using a different internet provider (wifi or mobile data)
