Why can't I disable my store password?

I’ve designed a new store, paid for the basic package, now it wont let me disable the store password. Every time i click it it just shows loading and doesnt do anything. any ideas?

I have acctually one trial 14 days and I can’t disable site password?

How can I do because I want to try this store and after that I want to pay the plan. Because to remove need to pay the plan.

I’m on a 14-day trial and it’s not letting me remove my password from my website, I’ve tried everything, but it seems not to work.

HI, I had same problem. Scrolled all the way down to bottom of page where I found a check box to enable or disable password. Check box at top of page didn’t work, bottom did

Had the same issue, this is the “solution”

Uncheck the box next to “Restrict access to visitors with the password”
