Why can't I download my Hatchful logos or reach customer support?

I’ve been trying everything I can. I just want to be able to download my Hatchful logos, but every single option I take to get support leads to blank spots where there should be a way to get in contact with customer service. Every person who has my issue is told to contact support but there’s no way TO contact support. What kind of business is this???

And in case anyone tries to troubleshoot the Hatchful thing instead of the customer support issues: I seem to be able to download one per day. After that, it SAYS that it’s sent the others to my email, but nothing shows up. I know it’s not in my spam folder because one of them DOES come through. I have tried incognito and I have tried multiple browsers.

Please follow these steps to contact Shopify Support:

  1. Go to the Shopify Help Center
  2. Login (or select “Can’t log in to your Shopify account” if you can’t login)
  3. If logged in, select the topic you need help with (this will bring you to a page with common questions and related articles based on the topic you selected)
  4. Scroll down to the “Get support” section to see the available contact options
