Why can't I login to my account from my iPhone?

I can no longer login to Shopify from my iPhone. It used to work. I can still login from my computer.

When I try to login from my iPhone, it goes into an endless loop repeatedly saying “Logging you in to…”

I had this happen on my Android 1 time. It ended up going away on its own the next day. If you’re in a hurry you might try restarting your phone, otherwise I think it will “fix itself”.

Tried that. No luck. It’s been happening for over a week.

No response? I can’t manage my shop from my phone anymore. That’s big.

First, could you please clarify if you are logging into your Shopify account through a browser on your phone (Ex. Safari, Google)?

Or, are you experiencing the login issue when attempting to sign in through the Shopify Mobile App?

I highly recommend installing the Shopify Mobile App on your phone, which makes navigating through your admin and running your business much more functional on your device. You can install it here.

However, for your browser login issue, have you tried logging in on your phone using any other browsers?

Please make sure your device is updated, and then try clearing the cache on your phone for Safari. Here are the steps to do that.

hey helen im having issues logging in to app, i get a error message everytime after i put my password in, is tgere a way to fix this

Hey Helen I had spoke to someone else from your staff and they helped me
with some of the troubleshooting and my app started to work again.

Hi! What steps were taken to fix this? I cannot log in on my phone either through the browser or the Shopify app. Keep getting a error message. I can log in on my desktop though.
