Why can't I see my newly imported items from Spocket on my website?

I started a new APP with Spocket and have imported several items but I am not seeing them on my website it i put one of the items in the search on my website it pops up but its really not under a category and also need to know how to move things from one category to another

Thanks for reaching out today, and welcome to the community! It sounds like your products are not yet added to your collections, or you have not yet created a collection.

Can you provide your store’s domain, and a link to one of the products you found via search? This will allow me to have a closer look.

To create collections, simply head to your Shopify Admin, and select Products > Collections > Create New Collection. You will then have the option to create a manual, or automatic collection. If you are new to Shopify I recommend opting for manual collections, as it is an easier process to understand.

Once you have created your collection, you will add products to it. For a manual collection this is as easy as opening the collection within your admin, scroll down to the Products section, search for products or click Browse, and then add the products that you want to have in the collection.

Once you have created your collections, you will add them to your stores navigation. The steps for adding collections to your navigation is a bit longer, so instead of providing it in this thread, you can view the instructions here.

One other possibility that could be occurring, is you have not added your products to the Online Store. This can be done by:

  1. Heading to Products
  2. Select all products by selecting the checkbox at the top of the list then > clicking Select all 50+ Products
  3. Select More Actions > Add to Available Sales Channels
