Hello, I am selecting my store’s plan but need help seeing the 1$ offer. It is not visible to me on the plan selection page. What is the reason?
P.s. The store was created on a partner account by my VA. Is this offer not valid for stores created on partner accounts? If not what can I do to get the offer?

That offer should be available even for those cases. It’s normal that you don’t see the 1$ plan, because it doesn’t exist. It’s only a promotion Shopify is now running. Once you select the plan and before you make the final payment confirmation you should see the details explaining how you’ll pay only 1$ per month in the first 3 months. I tested this thing one month ago.

Is it possible that the offer is not available because I didn’t choose the plan within 3 days of the trial period?

You mentioned that the store was created on a Partner account. I am assuming that the store started off as a development store, and was then transferred over to you by a Shopify Partner? Transferred development stores are not eligible for the $1/month extended trial. There is more information on this resource here which outlines that development stores are not eligible for promotions or free trials after the store has been transferred to a live plan.
I would suggest checking in with the Partner who created this store for you, just to confirm that it was in fact created as a development store. If you think you should be eligible for the promotional extension, then feel free to contact our support team here and we can take a closer look. If it was indeed a development store, then we will not be in a position to give you access to the promotional pricing, as it is only available to standard stores at the end of the 3 day free trial.
