Why can't I send messages from my e-commerce inbox?

Hello My Shopify Inbox, wont allow me to send messages. I’m able to read messages but unable to send! HELP

To help gain more insight on the issue, could you advise on the following:

  • Share a screenshot trying to send a message from Inbox to a customer.
  • Does this error message occur for SMS?
  • Does this issue carry out with Facebook Messenger, Instagram direct messages and Apple Business Chat?
  • Does the issue occur on a different device or Shopify Mobile?

Once we’re able to receive more information, we can help identify when the issue started and if it occurs with all customers.

I’d also like to hear a bit more about your online business! What social platforms are you currently marketing your business on and where do you find the most traffic generates from?

I’m unable to see the image as it does not look like it was attached. Are you able to reattach the screenshot and share additional information on when the issue started? I’ll be happy to investigate this further however, I’ll need a bit more context on if this happens when messaging all customers through Shopify Inbox.
