Why can't I use Cash on Delivery for international sales anymore?

I was able to use Cash on Delivery few months back, but recently I’m unable to do so specially if I’m selling to a different country. Can I please know why the change? and if the service will be available soon again?

Just to gather some additional context, are you receiving any error messages when attempting to use Cash on Delivery? When you moved location, did you happen to change your online store details within the General Settings? Since you have moved locations, you may need to Set up Cash on Delivery based on postal code or price.

The Advanced Cash on Delivery app is available only to stores in India that use Indian rupees (INR) as the store currency. If your store is not eligible, then the app displays a Cash on Delivery payment method has been deactivated message.
