i just tried to transfer to shopify and after putting in all the info it asked me for a payment method so i put my debit card in, after I did that the page refreshed and said

I then went into the admin and my store was gone, i looked under inactive stores and it was there so i clicked on it and the same page showed. i clicked on the other inactive store and it actually worked. is this normal?
