Why did Shopify charge me during my free trial?

Can anybody from shopify please help me get a refund .i was charged exacly on the same day i opened a store i was not expecting it as i throught i had a 14 day trial , i closed my store on the same day because i was only testing shopify, 20 days later i saw R561 ($33.35) including tax deducted from my account , i was using my brother’s credit card and he is really angry he wants me to get it back Will somebody from Shopify please help me and look into a refund for me.

you have delayed on time to Close the account, So the Charges are applied after the 14 days free trial,

i opened the store that day and they charged me that same day i even closed the store on the next day , i only realised they charge me that day 20days later

Sorry to hear you feel you were billed in error for your Shopify store.

If you have correctly closed your store down in this way before your trial times out, you should not be billed for the use of Shopify.
