WAITING FOR OVER 3 HOURS FOR CHAT HELP. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us about your recent support experience. Can you let me know what time you were trying to access our chat support and were experiencing such long wait times? Did you receive a confirmation that you were in queue to chat with our support team, or were you having any kind of issues with joining the support queue? As much information as you can share with me will assist in finding out what went wrong here.
Generally speaking, unless we are experiencing an outage of some kind, you should be able to connect with our chat support team within 5-15 minutes. If you are experiencing longer than average wait times I recommend clearing your browser cache and cookies and attempting once more. If we are having any kind of platform issue that is affecting access to our chat support you can see that on our status page here: https://www.shopifystatus.com.

I provided my issue and selected the my store. Then I type “talk to live agent”, this will add a pop up “Chat with Support Advisor”
