Why did Shopify terminate my legitimate online store?


Woke up to a very upsetting morning today. Shopify all of sudden closed / terminated our beloved website. We’ve invested hundreds of payroll hours, paid a monthly subscription, paid for the Empire theme/coding thing. I tried emailing back to the email but no help. I don’t understand why. We are a legit brick and mortar store. American Boiler Company (American boiler supply) from New Jersey. Everything we had listing was Legit and not violating the shopify policy. The last thing was Wednesday the 19th a customer card declined about 5 times that was attempting to do a local pickup?? Is that what triggered this. Someone please help. I’m tens of thousands invested in here. And now I have nothing.
