I’m finding a lot of customers cannot complete their order as when they enter their address it says “shipping not available for the selected address”.
This has happened numerous times & I have always asked the customer to double check they’ve entered it correctly.
what can I do to rectify this?

I understand that customers are unable to complete their order after entering their address. They’re receiving the error message “shipping not available for the selected address”. You mentioned that this has happened numerous times and your customers have ensured they’re entering the correct address.
Based on the screenshot you shared, it looks as though this error is occurring while customers are logged in and entering an address within the Shop Pay app. Does this shipping error display when customers are using the checkout on your website from a computer or mobile device?
Could you check within your Shopify admin, Settings > Shipping and Delivery section to make sure you have shipping rates set up for this address. You can add rates within your Settings > Shipping and Delivery section by clicking Manage next to the shipping profile. Next to the zone where you want to add a rate, click Add rate. If you need assistance with this we have a resource from our help center for setting up shipping rates.
I also ask that you provide what products and quantities have been added to the cart upon checkout. For better visibility, are you able to share your store URL here? I’d like to try and replicate the error message and see if it displays at checkout on a desktop.
