Christmas greetings
Wondering if someone can point me in right direction to solving an issue I have.
See linked image, sorry for size, I didn’t want to add extra compression to muddy the comparison.
The left image is the 1920 x 1080px banner on the shop. The right image is the same image dragged into a browser window and sized to same size (approx)
Why are my shopify images looking blurry when uploaded?
Using Dawn shopify 2.0
Many thanks
Joe

Hi
Ive tried that and same problem
Here’s the preview link: https://nypgum.com/?key=0276180841c4f4eb52c987871157a16f2f608a465e2a436a5bbf2a67053891c3
and the exact image that was uploaded here
got anything else?
Hi,
No luck here.
I dont understand why the images are looking blurry. Say with the original 1920x1080. If it wasn’t the right ratio, fine, I would expect image clipping etc, but why am I constantly getting a slight blurriness to all sizes Ive tried, including ones you mention.
I thought it might be how I was exporting images from illustrator, but if you compare the shopify previews with the same image dropped in a browser(and scaled to same size/proportions) there is clearly a difference in image quality.
