I was randomly logged out of my account 10 days ago, I don’t have the email address or phone number associated with my account, I’ve contacted shopify via live chat 3 times in 10 days and have never received a single reply from anyone.

I dread when I have to contact support.
Shopify used to be amazing. Unfortunately is has now gone the way of Facebook… It is really sad to see what this company is becoming. Instead of actually helping customers, we are now just fighting with AI bots to even get to a person, only to get generic nonsense replies with no help whatsoever. After fighting with this for a while, you might be lucky enough to have it “escalated”… only to wait weeks, receive no reply and the ticket being closed. This is no longer the company it used to be. It gets worse and worse.
