Thank you for sharing your question with our network. Based on your screenshot and the context around your question, I assume you are referring to Abandoned Checkouts that didn’t convert to “Recovered” status?
If that is correct, then we would be glad to help you investigate this further. I did find a couple of similar reports that describe this phenomenon, which seems to occur when a customer takes a longer time completing their checkout forcing the order into this sort of “limbo” state even once completed.
