While order checkout its showing below error

I did some research on this issue and it looks like when 2Checkout shows an error code like PE-XXX it is usually referring to an issue with your account status. The most common causes of this error code are:
I would sign into your 2checkout account and ensure that it is setup properly and in good standing still. If the issue is persisting you will want to contact 2Checkout directly for support.

I am sorry to hear you are still having this issue. Were you able to contact 2Checkout for support? What did they say?
Have you also tried disconnecting and reconnecting your account for the payment gateway to see if that helps resolve the issue? Our support has no direct control over third party payment gateways so this is something you will need to continue working with 2checkout to resolve most likely.
