Why does Facebook/Instagram keep denying my shop function?

I have gone through my website, products, Instagram, Facebook. I keep getting denied to use the shop function, but they continue to allow me to advertise with them. I am confused and hoping someone can point me in the right direction.

Hi, @814BeardCompany .

Welcome to the Shopify Community and thanks for posting your question here.

I truly understand the importance of having Facebook Shop and Instagram Shopping enabled for your business. I’d like to gather more insight into what kind of store you have and what type of products are you selling.

In regards to using the shop function, the approval process is handled by Facebook/Instagram. Facebook’s Commerce Policy and Community Standards define the rules for the products and content that can appear on Facebook.

In order to be eligible to list products on Facebook using the Facebook Shop feature on Facebook and Instagram by Meta, you must meet the following requirements:

I’ll share our Facebook and Instagram by Meta requirements resource for more information. Additionally, you can take a look at I**nstagram’s Commerce Eligibilty Requirements** to ensure your business meets these.

I recommend contacting Meta (Facebook) Support directly as they will be in the best position possible to advise you on account eligibility and approval.

Lastly, have you looked into additional social media platforms to advertise your business on? If you’re interested, check out how to sell on TikTok by integrating it into your Shopify store.

I hope this helps!
