Recently some customers can not visit the store and it says

We tried as shopify customer service suggested to change the a record, but still doesn’t work.
Any one had similar problem? And how to fix this?

To set some expectations for you, we’re unable to authenticate users here in the Shopify Community. This means that I’m not able to access your account details, account information, domain settings, or anything that would requiring being able to login to your account.
Thanks for that screenshot, and the link to your shop. When I clicked the link, I was able to load your store with no issue! The error you’re seeing there doesn’t seem to suggest a domain issue (usually there’s an error code attached) and it actually looks like an error page that you would see within your Shopify Admin.
Based on your initial post, it sounds like you’ve already been in touch with our Authenticated Support Team regarding things. I recommend that you continue to speak with them regarding this issue so they can help you get this resolved. If possible, try to collect information from your customers that are impacted by this error, such as where they are accessing your website from, as this could be helpful information for our Support Team to have while they troubleshoot things for you.
