Why does my page template duplicate for 'Shipping & Returns' and 'Jewelry Care'?

Message: Hi,
Im currently making theme templates for my menu dropdown on my store, under ‘‘support’’ I have ‘‘About us’’, ‘‘Size guide’’, ‘‘Jewellery care’’ and ‘‘Shipping & Returns’’. About us and size guide both work fine, I have separate templates created for each, I make jewellery care it works fine, then when I add my 4 page template and assign a seperate template to it, it just copys ‘‘jewellery care’’ for ‘‘shipping & returns’’, ive attempted to delete both of them and restart but the same problems keeps happening. It confuses me because I havent had problems with other page templates, only this one keeps duplicating.
Any advice?

Then you are missing something.
Because you already now how alternate/separate template working.

thanks for the reply, I am using the same method to create new templates and it has worked up until this point. Any idea why its not working?
