For additional context, could you advise when you first noticed the issue and whether customers are experiencing this as well?
When viewing your website on my end, I was not able to replicate the issue. I clicked into each collection in the drop-down navigation menu and experienced no blank screen or downtime. I recommend trying to clear your cookies and cache and previewing your website on a different device or browser.
