Welcome to Shopify! They used to be good, but it became a complete night mare for merchants. They’ll bill you hundreds of fees and other charges almost daily and offer virtually no support. The only support you get is to chat to an AI chatbot. No email address, no phone number, nothing!
Last time, we held 12.000 USD in funds from us for 8 months without any notice and nobody to talk to.
