Do you have any screenshots of the error your customers are getting?
If your customers are encountering a persistent issue on the checkout page where they receive an error message stating that you don’t ship to their address, despite offering to ship to that location, it can be frustrating for both you and your customers.
One possible reason for the error is an incorrect configuration of your shipping zones. It’s essential to review your shipping settings and ensure that you have accurately defined the shipping zones to cover the regions where your customers are located. Double-check that the affected addresses fall within the specified shipping zones.
Another aspect to examine is your shipping rates. Make sure your rates are appropriately configured for the regions where you offer shipping. Verify whether the rates are based on weight, price, or other factors, and confirm that they align with your intended shipping strategy.
Enabling address validation within your Shopify settings can help prevent errors caused by typos or incomplete address information during the checkout process. This feature validates the accuracy of the customer’s address, ensuring smoother transactions.
If your store caters to customers in different languages, ensure that the checkout page language matches their preferred language. Language mismatches can confuse customers and potentially lead to issues during the checkout process.
Third-party apps or customizations made to your Shopify theme can sometimes interfere with the checkout process. Try disabling or uninstalling recently added apps or reverting any recent theme modifications to see if the issue persists.
Verify that the payment gateway you’re using is compatible with the shipping regions you intend to serve. Some payment gateways have geographic restrictions, so it’s important to ensure compatibility with your defined shipping zones.
If you’ve exhausted your troubleshooting options and the issue persists, it’s advisable to contact Shopify’s support team directly. They have access to your specific account details and can provide more tailored assistance based on your store’s setup and configuration.
Hope this helps
