Why does the update cart button fail on iOS Safari?

I’ve got an odd issue on my cart at https://preorder.get-baked.co.uk/cart

I’ve made some changes to the theme to add some cart attributes, and all works fine in most browsers, but on iPhone in safari when you click Update Cart, rather than refreshing the page it goes to checkout.

I haven’t changed anything on that button or the form, just added the extra fields.

It seems to works fine in all other browsers, its just iOS where the issue is happening.

Has anyone seen this before or got any tips of where to look?
