Why has my welcome discount stopped working on my online store?

Hi guys.

My welcome discount that is sent to customers and activated once they subscribe with their email seems to not be working now. Haven’t had an issue since opening the store in October but the last 2 days I’m getting a lot of complaints.

Any ideas why this might happen?

To provide the best advice possible, can you share more information about this issue. For example, when you try to apply a discount code, do you see any error message coming up?

I tried to apply your welcome discount code at the checkout, and it worked as expected on my end. Is it another discount code in question?

The most common issue is that if it is an automatic discount, the conditions are not being met, or if it is a manual discount, it may not be active, or the correct products associated with this. Is the discount you are looking for showing as active within Discounts > Discount codes > Active?

One important thing to note is that discount codes cannot be stacked natively within the admin, meaning that only one discount code can be used at once. If you are looking for the use of multiple discounts, some third-party apps offer this function. I have some apps here for you.
