I have had a 15% off discount code working for friends & family since we launched our shop however since yesterday it doesn’t seem to be working anymore. Expiry and quantity used isn’t an issue so unsure what the problem is. Would love some help if possible.

When you try to apply a discount code, do you see any error message coming up?
Are you utilizing any third-party discount apps?
The most common issue is that if it is an automatic discount, the conditions are not being met, or if it is a manual discount, it may not be active, or the correct products associated with this. Is the discount you are looking for showing as active within Discounts > Discount codes > Active? One important thing to note is that discount codes cannot be stacked natively within the admin, meaning that onlyone discount code can be used at once.
