Why is my discount code not functioning properly?

We are having numerous customers reach out about our coupon codes not working.

The code was created for today -

Applicable products were selected -

No limitations were selected -

And it shows that it is active -

When we go through the checkout process, this is the message received:

No automatic discount codes are running.

This is not the first discount code that we are running into the issue with. We have some very frustrated customers and some that we are even losing because of this issue.

Can someone please advise where the problem may be coming into play?

Thank you for reaching out and providing screenshots! I am sorry you are having issues with your discount code not working. I will try my best to resolve this for you as I understand the urgency and importance.

Before I can fully dive in here, can you send me your URL? I want to test the discount code on my end as well. Do you know if the discount code has worked for anyone yet?
