Since CJ Dropshipping handles the entire fulfillment process, then we’d recommend getting in touch with them directly to check on the status of your order or to learn more about the site error. Should you need to get help with a third-party app, then you can always get in touch with the developer through the contact information found at the bottom of their app’s page. For CJ Dropshipping, you can also get help from them by logging into their merchant portal here.
