I have paid Rs 448 for 2 night dresses…it was paid on July 10th. Still there is no response … kindly do the needful

Shopify provides the software for businesses to run their own online stores. We don’t directly run the businesses associated with us or have a hand in their orders so we won’t have more information on this specific order. For more information on an order it’s always best to speak directly to the store you purchased from. It sounds like you have tried to speak with them and haven’t received a response. In this case I would try to contact them again. This page lists a few ways to get in contact with a store you purchased from.
It can take up to 4 weeks for some merchants to get orders to customers. If you don’t hear back from this store by next week and you still haven’t received your order at that time, you can submit a complaint to the merchant using this page. I’d also recommend that you contact your bank or payment provider for guidance on the next steps. They typically have processes in place to help.
