Hi Shopify,
I am writing to ask that my money be deposited in my bank account. As I have run out of patience. This is going to be 4 months of my money being held by Shopify. I still haven’t received any deposit till this day. No one from Shopify has reached out to me on this matter. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional - after closing my shopify account, still Shopify won’t release my funds. Shopify told me my website poses a level of risk and as a result they will not be unable to support my business. I know this is not true as my business has always been legit. I have contacted my bank but was asked to get hold of Shopify. How do I get in touch with your agent when Shopify no longer offers any form of customer service online? I have been operating with little to zero funds for the past months as a result of Shopify indifferent towards this matter. I have made several attempts to email or talk to anyone in Shopify, still no reply. Can anyone reply to me now, as this matter has gotten out of hand.
